Born in Tavira, built around freedom.
We do one thing well: coffee. Ethically sourced beans, roasted in small batches, rested properly and packed for people who do their own thing. In 2023, Liberdade Coffee started with a simple goal: give visitors and residents of Tavira great coffee. From there, the work became about building profiles, honest sourcing and customer relationships
We do not pretend. We brew, we share, we keep it raw.
How our coffees get real
Sorting
Every lot is hand sorted before roasting. Small batch means slow hands, sharp eyes and no shortcuts.
Roasting and Cupping
Each origin gets its own profile. We roast, taste, adjust and keep the cup honest.
Development
Coffee rests for 8-10 days so the flavour opens fully. Sometimes fresher is not better.
Grind and Pack
Whole bean or ground to order, labelled and prepared for shipping from Tavira.
